What’s the deal? Yet another hit from Septime’s Bertrand Grébaut – this time a seafood restaurant.
The interior is a mix of fisherman’s hut wood, concrete and steel, and the menu changes with the tide. Ingredients are of unparalleled freshness and the wines are excellent. The only downside? It’s walk-ins only.
